Comics and cartoons

Darren Douglas tells me he has completed a second volume of his naughty-but-nice Space Dude series – you might recall he shared some of the art for this enjoyable, sassy, sexy sci-fi romp with us a couple of years back for the first volume. The new volume sees out square jawed hero in the 30th century England and features Great White Sharks, midget clones, anti-midget clones and, as with the first one, scantily clad nubile women. Because he can (I keep thinking the old Dash Decent humour strip from 2000AD with a healthy does of Carry On influences and 60s/70s Hammer naughtiness). The second Space Dude is available from Lulu, where you can also see some preview pages.
