Laura Howell’s marathon cartooning sessions with her Strip-a-Day Spectaculars have consistently cracked me up for the last couple of years she’s run them on her site. Different styles, themes, subjects and approaches all the time; not only do they make you laugh like a hippo having its tummy tickled by a giant feather duster they also nicely showcase how versatile an artist like Laura is, how well she can work in all sorts of styles, including, as you can see above, easily following and pastiching the style of the old EC horror comics for the cover of this print collection of some of her Strip-a-Day specials. I urge you for the sake of the health of your comedy glands to give her some money for this now.
