Regular readers will know that the Act-i-vate webcomics collective is one of my favourites, home to some excellent creators and its worth reminding anyone who hasn’t had a look recently that there’s an added reason to go and check it out, our own former cartoonist in residence Darryl Cunnigham’s sequel to his Super-Sam and John of the Night series he shared on here with us is now running on Act-i-vate, The Streets of San Diablo.

Thanks for the link, I didn’t know about The Streets of San Diablo until now but it’s the best thing Darryl has done, in my opinion. Beautiful.

You’re welcome, Simon, I remember Darryl telling me he was being considered for the Act-i-vate collective and as I’ve followed a lot of the work on there I was really chuffed when they added him to the mix. And yep, you’re right, the work is lovely, its quite fun to look back at the Super-Sam strip we ran and watch his style and technique develop through that then improve even more with Diablo.
