… and all through the house not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse… I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve watched this (and every other) Tom’n'Jerry cartoon since I was a kid right through to now and I still love it; along with those 30s and 40s Bug Bunny cartoons they’re still the perfect cartoon shorts in my book, impeccably timed to music, wonderful animation and those expressions on the character’s faces are simply wonderful. Perfect viewing on a snow-covered Christmas Eve:
