This is Bristol reports that the city’s famed Aardman Animations is working on two new films, Arthur Christmas and Pirates!. The two movies will be created using different animation methods – Pirates, directed by the highly respected Peter Lord, will be made with traditional clay animation and is based on the children’s book by Gideon Defoe, while Arthur Christmas, directed by Sarah Smith, will be a computer animated film showing how Santa delivers all the presents on Christmas night.
