Sarah McIntyre dropped us a line to flag up a live journal post all about the fun she had at the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing that took place on the 28th March 2009. So far all of the reports we’ve received and heard about the day seem very positive which means that, hopefully, we have another regular fixture on the comic calendar.
From the looks of the photos and after reading her journal it sounds like like all concerned had a great day out. And her haul of stuff for the day looks most impressive.

It’s been going for several years. I first about it via a webcomic in 2006. It’s what started me buying small press comics. I spent over £60 there this year.

another regular fixture? This was my 4th year exhibiting at it and its been going for 6 in total as far as I know, hardly a new arrival. Pretty much everyone I know in the UK small press scene I first meet at this con.

It was a particularly good festival this year – there’s another write-up on the Comix Influx blog at http://comixinflux.com/influx/blogpost/49.
