Darkling Fear

I really quite like this animation by Dylan Mercer; stylistically it looks like it could fit into the animation anthology film Peur(s) du Noir (see here) and its interesting that Dylan says that the animated short for his design school came about as a result of him studying “the use of frames and devices from comics and graphic novels”, so it’s two of my favourite things, comics and animation, coming together nicely, have a look:
