Malcy Duff tells me that we can check out some of his recent work “doodling on the elderly wards at the R.I.E.” at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh’s Pelican Gallery, as part of the Telling Tales show, which opened on the 20th (yesterday) and which will run through to March 31st. The R.I.E. used to be situated centrally but is now relocated out in the Little France area of Edinburgh, but its fairly simple to get to on a variety of buses from the city centre (like the 21, 33, 48 and several others). Copies of Malcy’s new comics, R.I.E., are available to pick up free at the exhibition, which also includes creative writing by Dorothy Alexander and poetry by former patient James Peers.
