Here’s some fun for all otaku in and around Southend – next Saturday (January 16th) is Manga Day at the Southend Libraries, running from 10am to 4pm, with anime screening, Japanese language basics, art workshops, sushi lessons, a quiz and, of course, cosplaying.  Check here for more details of events and how to get hold of tickets.

    Aurghh! gutted, I hope I can still get in even though the tickets are sold out. Hopefully they’ll let a few more people in.
