Writer and artist Rob Jackson was at Angoulême with fellow Brit Indy creators (those glorious B.A.S.T.A.R.D.S.!) and he’s posted up several blog posts back to back reporting on how it went, liberally illustrated with piles of photographs from all around the Festival, go have a look:

Meanwhile Dan Berry was there too and he was busy sketching quick comics over his week long stay, involving the 24 hour comics scene. In fact he also ended up swapping strips with his fellow artists rather than leaving notes as to where each was going that day:
