Comic people can be a weird bunch sometimes. Sometimes it’s weird in a good way, others it’s scratch your head and wonder what went wrong way.
This is one of the what went wrong with comic fans way. Roger Langridge blogs about the recent Bristol International Comic Expo, where it seems he was stuck in what’s now become almost universally known as “the tumbleweed room”:
“In the meantime, here are a few sketches I was unable to give away – yes, you heard me, unable to give away – in Bristol. I’m confident the next convention I attend will not present me with this problem”
Yes, UNABLE TO GIVE AWAY. That’s just mortifying. The art here is just three examples of the great sketches in question. Really, people, what is wrong with you?

Don’t blame the fans for this!
The organisers should be ashamed of themselves for letting such amazing people be put in such an awful location. The event was spread out over two not close hotels, over 6 halls on the 5th floor in one. Very poor show on their part, they should out of embarrassment offered refunds to the people in the halls no one knew about.

Roger had his usual good crowd at HeroesCon in Charlotte, NC, USA and they did a really nice print of Thor vs Fin Fang Foom that you should see if he sells in the UK.
