GKids posts up a US trailer for the French animated film Le Chat du Rabbin (The Rabbi’s Cat), by the great Joann Sfar, based on his own comic work (see above); in a related reminder, Sfar will be making a rare UK appearance, appearing with the excellent Quentin Blake at Institut Francais in London as part of the South Ken Kid’s Festival on Friday 23rd, full details here on the blog:

While I was setting up this post I came across an old blog item from the BFI (British Film Institute), which looks like it has been around for a while but I missed seeing it, and since it relates to this, discussing French bande dessinee creators and their comics to film work I’m sure many of you who may have missed it first time around would enjoy a wee look too.
