Animation: The Goat Herder and his Lots and Lots and Lots of Goats

The Goat Herder and his Lots and Lots and Lots of Goats is a totally charming, wordless short animation from Will Rose, executed in a sort of sideways scrolling fashion, with simple but effective style and perfect for adults and kids alike to enjoy – certainly made me smile:

Why in hell write the TITLE of your shortfilm in a language you don’t know, and write it WRONG?
Read a little, investigate, or ask somebody who knows. If not, your short will look ridiculous from the very first frame, or before (before people click on the play button).
Yes, I am spanish and I think it’s a cute animation, but this title broke the magic.

I know the animator for The Goat Herder and he actually consulted a Spaniard as to the title. If you note, the title is deliberately ungrammatical and is so therefore an ungrammatical translation. It was inspired by his 2 year old niece who came back from a zoo talking about “lots and lots and lots of goats.” Instead of being so decisive and damning in your appraisal, maybe you should do your own research about the background to the animation to get some context? Then you can make a fair judgement?
