
Belgium loves its comic strips. Â So much even, that they’ll paint them on the walls of their houses. Â In Brussels, there’s a whole guided tour of more than 40 walls so decorated with bande dessinee imagery, but Antwerp is also gearing up to have quite a fine collection of bricks and mortar comics of their own. Â The latest in the series was designed by internationally acclaimed cartoonist Brecht Evens, and is a reflection of the style he used for his latest two graphic novels, The Wrong Place and The Making Of. Here are some images from the work in progress to give you a flavour of it.
