Now this (via the excellent Chris Weston) is bloody genius and gave me a much-need laugh – imagine that staple classic of terribly British, delightfully vulgar comedy and pop culture, the Carry On film series, then imagine that along with Carry on up the Khyber, Carry on Camping etc (let us not mention the dreadful late Columbus entry) Sid James, Hattie Jacques, Jim Dale et al had tackled one of the most popular comics franchises of the last few decades. Ladies, gentlemen, boys, girls, small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri, feast upon the sheer brilliance and wonder what may have been in an alternative universe – Carry On X-Men!
