Francoise Mouly’s Blown Covers … and new Chris Ware

Well, here’s one to bookmark, stick in a feed reader, whatever we’re all doing now…. New Yorker cover editor Françoise Mouly has launched a new blog in promotion of her Blown Covers book (Pantheon April 2012) described as: Behind the scenes at The New Yorker with art editor Françoise Mouly” and “New Yorker covers you were never meant to see

Which is pretty much all you really need to know to realise this may well be great. Heidi had the story first. Here’s something beautiful from Mattotti:
