A nice little bit of techy cartooning over at the BBC tech site. Animator Sydney Padua takes a look at the father of modern computing Charles Babbage:

(via Boing Boing)

And then, as these things invariably do, I’m off on a little Internet explore to Sydney Padua’s website and his her webcomic The Adventures Of Lovelace and Babbage. What started as a quick “this is nice, have a look” style 5 minute post turns into half an hour of discovering a nice new webcomic to follow.

To give you an idea of what I’m on about, here’s a page from “Ada Lovelace: The Origin!” by Sydney Padua. Very nice stuff indeed:

(Thanks to those in the comments pointing out that I made the mistake of calling Sydney “he”. Ooops. My fault. Rushing as usual and just forgot to check the FAQ section of her site!)
