Neill Cameron is fast off the starting blocks with this artwork of Matt Smith as the Doctor just hours after the BBC allowed us the first public glimpse of the costume Matt will be wearing in next year’s new Doctor Who. I think in this one he looks almost Patrick Troughton-esque.
